Two Ways I Can Help
You do not have to buy business-building services to be part of the community. Membership and hands-on services are separate so you only pay for the level of help you actually need.
💎 Community Membership
Receive researched grant and funding opportunities, deadlines, eligibility information, direct official links when available, and community updates. You review and apply for opportunities yourself.

If you need help actually establishing, organizing, or preparing your business for funding opportunities, choose an individual service or a complete package below.
See PackagesÀ La Carte Business Services
Not sure what these business terms mean? No problem. Each service below explains what it is, why it matters, and when you may need it. You only choose the services that fit where your business is right now.
🏢 LLC Formation Assistance
What is it? An LLC (Limited Liability Company) is one common way to legally register a business with your state.
You may need this if: you have a business idea or are already selling but have not formally registered your business.
What I help with: preparing the information needed for your Florida LLC filing, walking you through the filing process, and helping organize your formation records.
Important: State filing fees are separate from my service fee.
🆔 EIN Setup Assistance
What is it? An EIN is an Employer Identification Number issued by the IRS. Think of it as a federal tax ID number for your business.
You may need this if: you want to open certain business accounts, hire employees, complete business paperwork, or keep your business identity separate from your personal information where appropriate.
What I help with: preparing the information and walking you through the EIN application process.
The IRS issues EINs for free. The $75 is for my assistance, not an IRS fee.
🔍 Startup / Grant-Ready Checkup
What is it? A review of what you already have in place and what may still be missing before you pursue certain funding opportunities.
You may need this if: you already have a business but aren't sure whether your paperwork, records, business presence, or other basics are organized enough for grant applications.
What you receive: a personalized checklist showing what appears complete, what needs attention, and suggested next steps.
🏦 Business Banking Readiness
What is it? Guidance for separating business money from personal money and preparing what a bank may request when you open a business account.
You may need this if: customers currently pay into your personal account or you haven't opened a dedicated business bank account yet.
What I help with: a banking-readiness checklist and organization of the business information you may need when approaching a bank.
Actual bank approval, account terms, and bank fees are determined by the financial institution.
🌐 Professional Business Presence
What is it? Making sure your business looks organized and legitimate when a customer, lender, grant reviewer, or potential partner searches for it.
You may need this if: you are using only a personal email/social profile or your business information is inconsistent online.
What I help with: organizing your business contact information, professional email setup guidance, social/business profile checklist, and basic online-presence recommendations.
Domain, hosting, email platform, and other third-party costs are separate.
📝 Business Plan Assistance
What is it? A business plan explains what your company does, who it serves, how it makes money, your goals, marketing approach, operations, and financial direction.
You may need this if: a grant, lender, investor, partner, or business program asks for a business plan—or if you simply need a clearer roadmap for your company.
What I help with: structuring and developing your plan from information you provide about your real business.
📄 Capability Statement
What is it? Think of a capability statement as a one-page résumé for your business. It quickly shows what your company does, its strengths, services, experience, and important business information.
You may need this if: you want to pursue government contracts, subcontracting, corporate vendor opportunities, or programs that ask you to introduce your company professionally.
What I help with: organizing your company information into a clean, professional capability statement.
🗂️ Grant-Ready Document Organization
What is it? Getting your commonly requested business records organized before an opportunity opens instead of scrambling at the deadline.
You may need this if: your business documents are scattered across your phone, email, paper files, or different accounts.
What I help with: identifying and organizing a checklist of documents commonly requested for the types of opportunities you plan to pursue.
Different grants request different documents; no checklist guarantees eligibility.
💰 Funding Opportunity Research
What is it? Instead of randomly searching the internet, I research opportunities based on your actual business profile.
You may need this if: you don't know where to look or you're tired of finding grants after the deadline has passed.
What you receive: a researched list of potential opportunities with available eligibility information, deadlines, and official application sources.
A match means the opportunity appears potentially relevant—it does not guarantee eligibility, approval, or funding.
✍🏽 Grant Application Preparation
What is it? Hands-on help preparing one grant or funding application after you've identified an opportunity you want to pursue.
You may need this if: the application feels overwhelming, you don't know how to organize your answers, or you want help making sure you've addressed the questions.
What I help with: organizing application questions, drafting assistance based on information you provide, document preparation, and a completeness review.
Complex applications may cost more. You provide truthful business information and personally sign/certify/submit whenever the funder requires the applicant to do so.
