Founding 25 Renewal Policy

The first 25 qualifying signups may receive a complimentary one-year community membership. Their signup and expiration dates should be recorded. Renewal reminders should be sent approximately 30 days before expiration, 7 days before expiration, and on the expiration date.

The complimentary year does not automatically convert into a paid subscription unless the member separately selects a paid plan and authorizes recurring billing.
